Povera musa, ahimè!che cos' hai oggi?infossati i tuoi occhi traboccano di visioni notturne; vedo alternarsi, riflessi nel tuo incarnato, la follia e l'orrore freddi e taciturni. Baudelaire Rigorosa e inflessibile, ossessionata dalle piccole cose. Di un fascino etereo e nordico, lo sguardo è freddo ed imperturbabile, espressioni mai ostentate. Rigido controllo di se, apparente sicurezza agli occhi degli altri, per celare una realtà ben più complessa. Ricerca di solitudine. Preciso desiderio di autonomia e fiducia nelle proprie capacità. Un forte alone di mistero avvolge tutto. La musa di questa collezione si può rispecchiare anche nel carattere enigmatico di Jane Eyre della Austen; nella sua ricerca nostalgica dei valori del passato pur guardando alla contemporaneità. Decadenza ma anche geometria, austerità e disciplina che si rispecchiano nella cultura giapponese Shintoista, come nella ripetitività dei riti religiosi cristiani. Eccesso di razionalità che genera una personalità che si trova ai limiti della malattia mentale. Così l'abito finisce per essere al contempo rifugio e repressione del corpo. Costrizione autoimposta.

Baudelaire Rigorosa is inflexible, obsessed by small things. By an etheral and nordic charm, the gaze is  unmoved, espressione are frozen. A rigir control of the self, apparently secure to other apparente sicurezza, hiding a reality that is far more complex. A search for loneliness. A strong desire to be independent and belief in my own ability. A strong shadow of mystery is cast on everything. The muse of this collection is reflected in the enigmatic character of Jane Eyre; in her nosalgic search for past values whilst looking to the future. Decadent but also geometric, austerity and discipline that are mirrired in Shintoist japanese culture, and also in the repetativity of the rites of the Christian religion. An excess of reason producing a borderline personality. The dress becomes both refuge and a repressive shell for the body. A self inflicted constriction.
